Upon registering with PitchPal, your account will allow you to record sounds, audio, video, and recordings. You provide this information to PitchPal, and it will be obtained in order to transcribe the recordings and to provide the Services to you and to improve internal technologies. We may collect video recordings from you in order to receive feedback to improve and update the Services.


We use third-party analytics services and data providers to collect non-sensitive user information sent by your device, such as your IP address, browser types, operating systems, search terms, and other statistics and information that assists us in improving the Services. We use and analyze this information to determine ways to better improve your experience with our Services.


We may use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, or web beacons to collect information about your experience and use of PitchPal.
